Dr. Brown's India Payment and Shipping Policy

1. Payment Options

Dr. Brown’s India offers a wide range of secure payment options for your convenience:

• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, RuPay

• UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and all other UPI apps

• Net Banking: Available for all major Indian banks

• Mobile Wallets: Including Paytm, and others.



2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our goal is to ship your order within one (1) business day. 
Once shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking details. 
We partner with reliable courier services like Blue Dart, to deliver your order safely.

•    Metro & Tier 1 Cities: 2-5 business days

•    Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4-7 business days

•    Remote Locations: 7-10 business days

Please note: Deliveries are not made on Sundays or National Holidays. 
Shipments may be delayed during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery



3. Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully.

3.1. Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact Dr. Brown's India Customer Service Team for assistance, with in 2 hours of placing the order, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
Please note that orders are not eligible for cancellation once they have dispatched from our warehouse.

Once your item is returned, we will either exchange the item (per your selection) or issue a credit (to your credit card). If your selection is no longer available, we will issue a credit. If a credit is issued, we will credit the original payment account for the item’s purchase price, including tax (if applicable), but excluding the original shipping charge. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for the credit to appear in your account.
Returns will be processed between 5-10 business days, once the product reaches the address.

3.2. Return & Exchange Policy

A. Policy on Hygiene Products:

Due to the sensitive and hygienic nature of our products (including feeding bottles, breast pumps, nipples, sippers, teethers, etc.)
Products purchased exclusively from the drbrownsindia.com store are not returnable.
We encourage you to carefully review your order before purchasing.

B. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: 

We take utmost care in our packaging. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we are here to help.

Procedure: Please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide your order number and clear photos or a short video of the damaged/incorrect product and the packaging.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the item. 
You can choose between:
o A free replacement of the same product.
o A full refund to your original payment method. The refund will include the product cost and any shipping charges paid.

Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
