Dr. Brown’s Payment and Shipping Policy

Payment

Dr. Brown’s accepts the following credit card payment options:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

Shipping

Ship time will take effect after the order has been processed; our goal is to ship orders within one (1) business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Currently, we ship to all India states. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation will be sent to you via email along with a tracking number.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact Dr. Brown’s Customer Service Team for assistance. Please note that orders are not eligible for cancellation once they have shipped.

NO RETURN POLICY

Products purchased exclusively from the drbrownsindia.com store are not returnable. 
Please note: Baby Care Products, Breast pump, feeding bottles, Sippers, Spout cups, Nibblers, Feeding Spoons, sterilizer and other items are non-returnable products due to hygiene clause.

This policy only applies to products that have been purchased on drbrownsindia.com. Products purchased from other retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Once your item is returned, we will either exchange the item (per your selection) or issue a credit (to your credit card). If your selection is no longer available, we will issue a credit. If a credit is issued, we will credit the original payment account for the item’s purchase price, including tax (if applicable), but excluding the original shipping charge. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for the credit to appear in your account.

Returns will be processed between 5-10 business days, once the product reaches the address.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your items are received damaged or defective, please contact our Dr. Brown’s Customer Service Team for immediate assistance.

If you request a refund the original shipping cost will be refunded in addition to the cost of the item and sales tax (if applicable).

If you request a replacement item or exchange (of equal or lesser value), it will be shipped to you without any additional charges.

It is your responsibility to check this Return and Shipping policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
