I remember i have ordered level 4 nipple, but received level 2 nipple. However, when i had called to support team asking for replacement they said we will get back. Its more than a month, no response till date. I didnt say i will return, i said i want replacement with level 4 nipple. This is unfair actually. The lady who spoke to me said she will check internally and get back. Its really frustrating.
